• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

You must inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any shipping damage or errors.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. Non-returnable items include:

• Unpackaged or used doormats
• Unpackaged or used kitchen mats

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship item to: Rug and Mat Emporium Shop Returns, 6007 Yarrow Street, Arvada, US 80004

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rug and Mat Emporium Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
