Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

International Shipping
We ship worldwide except to most Asian countries and certain remote locations. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our premium rugs and mats. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Doormats that have been unpackaged or used
- Kitchen mats that have been unpackaged or used
These items must be returned in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for refund.
