Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on doormats and kitchen mats that have been unpackaged or used. These items must be returned in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for refund.

Exchanges
